Regular conditioning:Gives a minimum amount of hydration,smooths/softens hair strands and coats them to protect from wind, static, sun e.t.c.

Deep conditioning:Gives a very good amount of moisture to hair sometimes it also add strength and elasticity.Keeps hair soft and moist for longer.

How to deep condition:After shampooing, apply a generous amount to damp hair. The longer and thicker your hair is, the more you'll have to use. Because this product is so thick and creamy, a little goes a long way. I find it better to apply it in sections to make sure that every hair strand is coated. As I apply to each section, I comb it through to make sure each hair is covered. I also pay close attention to the ends of my hair. Once you apply it all over, you can take a small amount and concentrate it on the ends if you want or the most damaged areas.

Now the fun part. Cover your hair with a cheap plastic cap and use it with heat or without. If you have a hood or bonnet dryer at home, sit under warm heat for 10-25 minutes. Without heat, just cover your hair with a hot towel (towel putted in hot water and squeezed you need to do it a couple of times cause it get's cold quickly)and relax for 45 minutes to an hour. You can also use a hair steamer without the plastic cap. After that, completely rinse the conditioner out and enjoy the feeling of your hair ^_^

(Actually some people claim that deep conditioning doesn't add any extra conditioning to your hair, but since i'm not sure about it i still do.)
